Sponsor setup: 7:00–7:45 AM on August 15, 2026. Arrive in this window to set up your booth and any vehicles. If you're not set up by the end of the window, you may forfeit your spot — no refunds, since we have to barricade the street and start staging participant vehicles right after.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless both the Parker Cruisers and all their affiliates, participants and members from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, loss, damage, injury, liability, cost or expense, resulting from, or occasioned by, participation in any and all meetings, get-togethers, events, and cruise-ins and authorize the release of my name and entered car photo by the Parker Cruisers and understand burnouts at any time are prohibited and there will be no refunds.
